Allen DePuy is a golf industry executive and real estate advisor with more than 40 years of experience in golf property acquisitions, turnarounds, and revenue optimization. He has built a reputation for transforming underperforming golf properties into profitable, market-ready assets through strategic planning, innovative marketing, and operational expertise.
Allen previously led acquisitions exceeding $50 million in golf properties at Gotham Golf Partners before launching his own advisory practice focused on helping clubs and investors maximize asset value. His career also includes leadership roles with the Middle Atlantic Section of the PGA of America and property management experience with Billy Casper Golf.
Allen is currently affiliated with Hilda W. Allen Real Estate, the nation’s longest-standing niche brokerage firm specializing in golf properties. He is also the principal of RealTAuctions, a Pennsylvania-based auction company specializing in accelerated sales strategies for golf and leisure assets.
A licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson and auctioneer, Allen advises investors, developers, and club boards nationwide on acquisitions, repositioning strategies, and exit planning. He holds a Business Administration degree from Graceland University and is a frequent speaker at Golf Inc. conferences and industry events.
